I think of Snape as a nature lover - he's always out in the forest somewhere, he has the Silver Doe patronus, and he uses the book "1001 Magical Herbs and Fungi" as a textbook.
I recently learned how to use ready-made brushes on my artwork with GIMP, and I just love these floral patterns. So I made a batch of summery Snape icons using plants and swirls. I probably went crazy, and these may be too busy for some people's taste, but it's fun for me to add some real summery color to Snape icons for a change. He can't stay in the dungeon all the time!
I threw in some of the plain icons too. Feel free to use as bases.

fullmoondreamshad an amusing request for icons that said "Harry Potter Kills Kittens," because Harry actually does make kittens disappear in Transfiguration class in the books. (Poor kitties! Don't they also make mice into pincushions? Ouch!)
